Club IT needs to improve the technology share and wishes to exploit the various innovative technology factors. The organization would like to use various mobile technologies to manage their business and recognize various operations for better mobility for growth.

The resources are mostly the various organizational processes that bind the organization together. The Club IT provides entertainment to its customers in the form of dinner hall, dance floor and events.

ClubIT’s clientele are limited to various local residents who claim their access to entertainment in the club. It offers various facilitates including dinner, dance floor and bar. Their business operations are centered across them alone.

The supply chain of the firm is into various relations with the suppliers who supply them all amenities for meeting their business needs (Amoako, 2005).

Business problems

The stock management system is unable to fulfill Club IT’s customers demands. The stock information is not maintained which would enhance better track of the inflows and outflows of the organization. The mobile infrastructure must be fully exploited to serve their industry needs. Mobile applications would allow them to book tickets online, make online payments and also get notifications of events and various other notifications.

The mobile infrastructure for Club IT would recognize various possible needs of the organization which handles better the involvement of customer needs and also serves them better. The idea is to bring close every resource for their benefit. Club IT would enhance the customer experience for taking right advantage of technology. This would solve their mobile interfacing problem.

Managing Club IT’s Supply Chain:

The integration of the information network with various suppliers, vendors and other stakeholders would It is also important for an organization would bring close all stakeholders and enable them with technology to understand each others demands and needs. Timely notification of various events regarding stock reorder would enhance better prospects for the organization which also integrates the various stakeholders (Aaker, 2002). Club IT would use the SCM and CRM software clubbed into integrated software to avail all the benefits of better managing their supply chain and manage the information infrastructure for the organization (Harrison, 2005).

An enterprise resource planning system can be availed for the Club IT as there are many online and open source ERP vendors who have instilled better confidence for managing resources.

Club IT’s efforts to acknowledge the business problems with technology solutions is an immense step to cut down costs, invest more in customer relationship management and supply chain management. The appropriate use of technology would enhance the customer relationship and fetch a better market than others. Mobile technology would be one of the innovations for Club IT to reach customers and enable their participation.

Gruman (2007) mentions that open source ERP applications targeting the small businesses can be taken up for customizing it for use. It would largely incorporate better management of the entire operations of Club IT and keep track of any irregularities in the entire processes.
